Dr. Alleyne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and had a PhD in Psychology, licensed in Florida, North Carolina, and Arkansas. Her professional journey was profoundly shaped by her daughter's struggles with anxiety and depression. She is also founder of En-Motions (Parenting Tweens and Teens resources and courses). Outside of her practice, Dr. Alleyne is a passionate learner and technology enthusiast, dedicated to enhancing the well-being of her patients and exploring new innovations. She is also a devoted mother to two adult children and five beloved cats.
Calling in your Power is dedicated to providing accessible, transformative education in Health Psychology, Functional Medicine, and Psychotherapy, tailored for adults, parents, couples, and tweens/teens. We aim to equip individuals with the practical knowledge and tools needed to navigate mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD, fostering resilience and enabling transformation. Our mission is to serve as a guiding beacon, empowering our learners to unlock their potential and regain control over their mental wellness.
